1. Crear tu cuentaCreate your account
- Entra a Crear cuenta.
- Go to Create account.
- Enter your company name, your email and a password with 8+ characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
- Read and accept the Terms of use and the Privacy policy.
- You go straight to the dashboard. You will get an email to confirm your address: open it when you can.
Whoever creates the account is the company owner on the platform: they can invite others and change the plan.
2. Ver la demostraciónSee the demo
On the Dashboard press Create demo (1 click). A "Demo plant" with a "Demo compressor", its alarm rules and sample data are created. On the machine page, the Simulator produces situations such as Overtemperature so you can see an alarm arrive. Demo data is simulated.
3. Sitios y equiposSites and machines
- Equipment → Add a machine: tap its type (Pump, Motor, Compressor, Boiler…). Nothing to type: the name (e.g. "Pump 1"), the plant, typical normal ranges for that type and the alarm rules are filled in.
- Its Configuration opens: if you want, rename it or adjust the ranges to the machine's datasheet → Save. Alarm rules follow automatically.
- Several plants? Under New site tap a ready name (Plant 2, Warehouse, Line 1…) and then pick the site when adding machines.
Preset ranges are typical reference values, not your exact machine's: check them with maintenance. Each machine shows its ID under Configuration: you will need it for the agent (step 5).
4. Alarmas: sensibilidadAlarms: sensitivity
Every new machine comes with its alarms: high temperature, high current, low pressure, high vibration and offline (if it stops sending data for ~2 minutes). Under Configuration pick the sensitivity with one tap:
- Tolerant: fewer alarms, warns only with larger deviations.
- Normal (recommended): typical ranges for the machine type.
- Strict: warns earlier, with smaller deviations.
Alarm limits follow automatically. If you know the exact values, use Fine tuning (numbers). An alarm notifies once and closes by itself when the value is back to normal (with a small margin, so it does not keep alerting if the value hovers at the limit).
Reading the values: green = normal · yellow = close to the limit · red = out of normal. Under each value you see its normal range and a bar with the green zone.
5. Conectar tus equipos realesConnect your real machines
edge-agent, archivoLEEME.md):
python3 -m venv venv && source venv/bin/activate pip install httpx pymodbus # pymodbus para Modbus TCP; paho-mqtt para MQTT cp config.example.json config.json # pon server_url, api_key, equipment_id y la fuente python -m abx_agent --config config.json --once # prueba python -m abx_agent --config config.json # funcionamiento continuo
Fuentes: Modbus TCP (registros holding/input) y MQTT (JSON).
The edge agent is a small program that runs on a Raspberry Pi or a plant PC. It reads your PLCs, meters or gateways on the local network and sends the data. It is read-only: it never writes or sends commands.
- On the web, API keys → name (e.g. "Raspberry North Plant") → Add. Copy the
abx_…key: it is shown only once. - On the Raspberry/PC install the agent (folder
edge-agent, fileLEEME.md):
python3 -m venv venv && source venv/bin/activate pip install httpx pymodbus # pymodbus for Modbus TCP; paho-mqtt for MQTT cp config.example.json config.json # set server_url, api_key, equipment_id and the source python -m abx_agent --config config.json --once # test python -m abx_agent --config config.json # continuous
Sources: Modbus TCP (holding/input registers) and MQTT (JSON). If the internet drops, the agent stores readings and sends them later.
The API key is like a password: do not publish it. If it is lost, revoke it under API keys and create a new one.
6. Alarmas y diagnósticoAlarms and diagnostics
Under Alarms: Acknowledge (I'm on it), Resolve (done) and AI diagnostic, which suggests possible causes and checks. It is a helper: decisions and inspections belong to a qualified technician. If a machine stops sending data for ~2 minutes it is marked offline.
- Phone app (free): Android/Chrome → menu ⋮ → Install app. iPhone/Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen and open the app from that icon. Then Notifications → Enable alerts on this device.
- Email: owners and admins receive critical alarms.
- Telegram (free): Notifications → Link Telegram and follow the steps.
Alerts arrive in the language you pick with the EN/ES button. They are not a safety system: they depend on the internet, your phone and third parties.
8. ReportesReports
Reports shows alarms by severity and by machine, and runtime hours (1, 7, 30 or 90 days). Download CSV creates a file that opens directly in Excel.
Under Users, the owner or an admin invites by email and picks the role:
- Admin: everything except plans and billing.
- Operator: sees everything, acknowledges and resolves alarms, uses the simulator and adds machines.
- Read-only: sees dashboards, alarms and reports.
The person gets a link to choose their password (if email is not enabled, copy the link and send it yourself). You can change the role or remove access at any time.
10. Planes y pagosPlans and billing
The free trial needs no card. For more machines, the owner presses Upgrade to… on the Dashboard and pays on Stripe's secure page (this site never sees your card). Then Manage billing lets you change plan, update the card, see invoices or cancel. See the Terms of use.
