1. El servicio

AutomationBotX es una plataforma en la nube para monitorear equipos industriales: recibe lecturas, muestra paneles, genera alarmas y avisos. Es solo de monitoreo: no controla, arranca, detiene ni modifica ninguna máquina.

2. Cuenta y uso aceptable

Usted es responsable de su cuenta, sus claves de API y de las personas a quienes dé acceso. No puede intentar acceder a datos de otras organizaciones, saturar el servicio, ni usarlo con fines ilegales.

3. Alarmas y avisos: sin garantía de entrega

Las alarmas, correos, mensajes de Telegram y notificaciones del teléfono dependen de redes y servicios de terceros y pueden retrasarse o fallar. El servicio es una ayuda y no sustituye los sistemas de seguridad, protección, paro de emergencia ni la supervisión humana. No lo utilice como única protección de personas o bienes.

4. Planes y pagos

Existe un plan gratuito con límites. Los planes de pago se cobran por suscripción mediante Stripe; no guardamos datos de su tarjeta. Puede cancelar en cualquier momento; al cancelar, la cuenta vuelve al plan gratuito y puede perder la capacidad de añadir equipos por encima de sus límites. Puede cancelar en cualquier momento desde "Gestionar facturación"; su plan sigue activo hasta el final del período ya pagado y no se renueva. 5. Sus datos

1. The service

AutomationBotX is a cloud platform to monitor industrial equipment: it receives readings, shows dashboards, raises alarms and sends alerts. It is monitoring only: it never controls, starts, stops or changes any machine.

2. Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, your API keys and the people you give access to. You may not try to access other organizations' data, overload the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Alarms and alerts: no delivery guarantee

Alarms, emails, Telegram messages and phone notifications depend on third-party networks and services and may be delayed or fail. The service is an aid and does not replace safety systems, protective devices, emergency stops or human supervision. Do not use it as the only protection for people or property.

4. Plans and payments

A free plan with limits exists. Paid plans are billed by subscription through Stripe; we do not store your card details. You may cancel at any time; on cancellation the account returns to the free plan and you may be unable to add equipment beyond its limits. You can cancel at any time from "Manage billing"; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew. Periods already started are not refunded, except where applicable law requires it..

5. Your data

The data you send remains yours. We keep it for your plan's retention period and you can export it (CSV). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or endanger the service.

6. Availability
